  1. Helloooooo NtK fans! Oh my god, I’m so happy to have a reason to come in here again. Even if the site is still defunct mostly and it’s just shouting into the void, I’m so happy that there’s a new series! I hope someone decides to reactivate this site more fully, even if Raptorscans is doing a fine job at translating. this place used to be the beating heart of the NtK community, and I would love to see it reactivated in some capacity.

    • For reasons I can’t ever explain, I check in here now and again. It really is the manga closest to my heart.
Unfortunately, I believe Raptor Scans lost their translator, at least for this series, so the most we can do is hope someone else picks it up one day.

  2. If anyone’s still monitoring this, they just released a continuation of NtK set after the end of the main manga, Nana to Kaoru ~Koukousei no SM gokko~. Perhaps some kind soul could take it on?

    • The first two releases are available on EbookJapan. First-time registers get three hundred website points which you can use to get these for a hundred points each. The third release comes on the twenty-eighth. I’m no computer wiz but I think this seems to be a viable way to somehow extract the files into a ZIP or RAR after purchasing them. That way we could have scans for any sort of willing translators. Let’s get it done people~ X3

  3. I don’t expect an answer given how much time has passed but I figured it was worth a shot regardless. I recently came across DL links for a full-color edition of the manga here – https://zip-all.com/%E3%83%8A%E3%83%8A%E3%81%A8%E3%82%AB%E3%82%AA%E3%83%AB-nana-to-kaoru/#comment-42589

Sadly the links are now dead. However, given the upload date I had a sliver of hope that someone may have downloaded them back then and might still have them now. If by some chance anyone sees this comment that has the full color edition of Nana to Kaoru, please, please reply to this. I can’t express how grateful I’d be.

  4. Wow… I can’t believe it’s almost been a year already. I just want to say thank you to all of you, whether you were part of the translation team or just part of the community. NtK and Black Label are two of my favorite manga series because of all of youse. So you all have some happy holidays, let me know if there’s anything new in English by Amazume-sensei, and most of all, if you’re feeling stressed out by the holidays, just remember that is alright to take a breather every once in a while 😉

  5. A late thank you for all your work. It was great and I really appreciate all that you did so we could read this great Manga.

    • the same about Lenin…And even if it's not Zhirinovsky, history will find another &qCo;tuorsican" to stick into the empty boots in the horse's stirrups. Anything that overthrows Putin's kleptocracy will come charging under either the red banner or the white-black-gold. When the smoke clears, Putin's day will be remembered with the wistful sentimentality today reserved for the days of Alexander II

  6. The dedication and hard work by all the translators and editors was and is greatly appreciated. I paused around issue 100/122 (and finished Arashi), and can’t wait to finally complete it. I wish you all luck in your future endeavors. Take care.

  7. By any chance does anyone have download links or willing to pul downloads up for Black Label volumes 3-5? I only managed to find the first two on here after some digging. Would really appreciate any help since I’ll have the complete manga after that.

  8. I finally picked up the last of the NtK Tankobons that comprise the entire story. I noticed that I have a duplicate of volume 12 (the series was 18 volumes) and was wondering if anyone would like it. Remember it is in Japanese.

  9. Thanks a LOT for your awesome work, it’s been a pleasure to follow nana & kaoru through your releases. Wish you the best for your personnal projects, and thank again for the time spent on this 🙂

  10. Thanks for everyone’s hard work over the years.

I was one of the proofreaders on both NtK and Arashi for about a year back when ecks was working on it, and I’m so glad that the core team members picked it up and ran with it. It was an amazing series and some of the best scanlation work I have come across. I was grateful for the opportunity to be at least a small part of it.

Nuance is everything in this story and so the translation is critical and it was expertly handled. Cleaning, translating, typesetting, it’s a ton of work but the results speak for themselves.

Also, if anyone isn’t satisfied with the ending, it’s basically mandatory that you read Arashi/Black Label. It explores their core relationship much more deeply and I consider that the true ending.

Thanks again to everyone involved and the readers who followed it all along.
