Does anyone know where the 4 extra chapters (dental gag three parter, and coffee oneshot) go chronologically, and/or by publication.
The coffee oneshot (i’m assuming you mean the commando run to the coffee machine at night) was placed in tankobon 2, right after the end of the tied-up shopping fiasco. The dental gag is just one chapter, the others were the valentine’s 2-parter where nana follows kaoru into fun-love… and these were placed at the end of tank 2 (which oddly enough skips chronology and is in the middle of the tied photo shoot). The dental gag chapter was placed in tank 4 after the Young Arashi introductory chapter (the skimpy swimsuit and balcony exhibition), and just before the nipple clamp study session.
The coffee and the dental gag one-shots can be placed anywhere really, in terms of continuity, but I think the valentines day chapters were placed incorrectly in the official tanks, as they are referenced much later in the story as only just having happened

Hi, Simps, welcome to the community. NtK is published on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of one month, and the 4th Friday of the following month. Usually. Unless the publisher does something screwy. Anyhoo, we try to translate and release the newest chapters by at least the publishing date of the next one, sooner if possible. Follow the blog to be notified of new posts/releases.
